Other Ways You Can Give

Your financial contribution has a direct impact on the lives of LGBTQ Rhode Islanders, making a significant difference in their daily welfare. Here are a number of ways you can make your giving count.

Matching Gifts
Many corporations and businesses now have programs to match employee gifts of cash or stock, either in whole or in part. In some cases, gifts from spouses, directors and retired employees will be matched. Check with your company’s corporate giving or community relations department and forward their matching gift form with your own contribution.

Memorial Gifts
Honor the memory of someone special. We will send a sympathy card acknowledging your donation to the family or individual you designate.

Milestone Gifts
Is someone you know having a significant birthday or anniversary? Pay tribute to your friends and family with a donation to Equity Action. We will send a card acknowledging this important gift from you.

United Way Corporate Campaigns
If your place of business participates in an annual United Way Campaign, you can designate Equity Action as the direct recipient of your contribution. Simply write in, Equity Action Fund at The Rhode Island Foundation on the "Specific Requests" section of your United Way pledge form.
